Peter is a famous Australian chef and at present, he is also serving Quay as Executive Chef. The restaurant is named in the World’s top 50 restaurants. He is also featured in some of the episodes in Master Chef Australia and he once gave a challenge to the contestant to make Snow Egg and it was one of the toughest challenges in the history of Master Chef.
